Where have I Been for 4 months?

NOT AROUND

I have not been on this blog for 4 month due to two reasons.

Firstly I have been diagnosed with Chronic Fibromyalgia, a really debilitating disease and I believe stuck with for life.   The specialists have no clue how it develops but can assist in treating it with Schedule 5 Pain Drug
Not a very suitable way, but it has enabled me to continue achieving my goals

I have been greatly incapacitated but have marched on and now am proud to announce that I have finished my book and Will have it published around mid October 2014.

The name of the book is:
